Five Star Bath Solutions of Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a positive, energetic Account Executive to manage our sales and design process. You will transform customer leads into scheduled design consultations and be the first point of contact to set appointments, contributing to our sales goals.

This role offers a flexible schedule, on-site work around Wilkes-Barre, PA, and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and consult with leads by telephone.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Face-to-face marketing experience is a plus.
• Management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contact customer leads to generate, schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Own the sales schedule.
• Confirming customer appointments prior to running.
• Develop ongoing positive working relationships with customers, and coworkers.
• Contribute with fellow employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain professionalism with both customers and fellow employees.
• Maintaining records of interactions in software completely and accurately.
