As part of the Centralized Sales team, the Customer Development Advisor is responsible for proactively managing customer programs through new opportunity identification, upsell, and cross-sell execution to enable growth. This account management-oriented position will focus on revenue growth by providing solutions to meet customer needs while uncovering and selling new opportunities for additional service signings and quota attainment. The role manages relationships and acts in an advisory capacity for an assigned set of Flexential’s customers. While based in Collegeville, PA, the accounts can be located across the United States. Successful candidates will have prior Sales/Account Management experience and a proven track record of crafting value-driven messaging, using the framework of the Flexential platform to drive incremental growth across a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
Estimated hourly range: $28.88 - $34.31. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and qualifications.
