Job summary

Pest USA is looking for an energetic sales-focused professional to drive outbound calls and generate appointments for the outside sales team in the Raleigh area. You will promote Pest USA's pest control offerings to prospective and current clients, emphasizing customer service and growth opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, lead generation, and the ability to work with the outside sales team to close leads. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current driver's license required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass licensing exams as required by state regulators.
• Experience in termite or pest control preferred, but training will be provided.

What you will do:

• Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls
• Generate sales appointments for outside sales representative
• Promote Pest USA's products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participant in ongoing training

What we are looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity to generate leads
• Ability to capture the market from a sales perspective
• Ability to work with outside sales team to market and close leads
• Ability to market and work with new homeowners, real estate agents and builders

Minimum Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess current driver's license
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
• Previous experience in the termite or pest control industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the individual who believes in themselves and can exceed our expectations
