Job summary

PSS Industrial Group in Perryton, TX is seeking an on-site Inside Sales professional to generate quotes, prepare proposals, and close transactions with business customers. You will provide counter sales support, assist customers with products and services, and follow up on quotes while negotiating when needed to win the sale.

You will coordinate shipping to ensure the right product arrives on time and enter orders into the ERP system according to established rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Proactive, self-motivated and focused on timely customer service.
• Experience with Infor SXe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotes and proposals via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide counter sales support and assist customers with products and services.
• Follow up on quotes, negotiate as needed and close transactions.
• Coordinate shipping and material information to ensure correct products arrive on time.
• Enter orders into the ERP system according to established rules.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers; support Outside Sales.
• Assist small branches with order delivery and material pickup when needed.
