Job summary

PSS Cross Country in Kentucky is seeking a sales associate to generate customer quotes and proposals and provide counter sales support. You will follow up on quotes, negotiate to close transactions, and coordinate shipping to ensure the right product reaches the customer on time.

You will enter orders into the ERP system, maintain relationships with customers, and collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to provide feedback on accounts. Some branch delivery/pickup assistance may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Infor SXe software is a plus.
• A strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely service for customers.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Self motivated to enhance personal development and company performance metrics.
