Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in the Fort Worth area is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a manufacturing team. The position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with Fridays off, and a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Training will be provided as part of onboarding to size pumps, drives, motors, and other equipment. You will support Territory Managers with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries, and help grow customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales, pump, plumbing, water systems, or industrial supply experience preferred.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient with computers, email, internet, and business software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
