Job summary

PSS Industrial Group seeks a results-oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service professional in Georgia to generate quotes, manage proposals, and close orders. You will support customers via phone, email, or in person, coordinate shipping, and work with the Outside Sales Team to grow accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B industrial sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to provide timely service with accuracy. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Infor SXe software is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency to provide timely service to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Self-motivated to enhance personal development and company performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generates customer quotes and proposals based on customer requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services as needed.
