Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors in Wisconsin is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers as they purchase drywall, ceiling tiles and related building materials for a variety of projects. You will discuss product features, establish rapport with customers, coordinate deliveries, and help grow branch sales through attentive service and up-selling.

1-2 years of interior product experience is preferred. We also provide health, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, plus a 401(k) with company

• 1-2 years' experience with interior building products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting drywall, ceiling tiles and related building materials.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficient service.
• Assist in developing branch sales plans and merchandising strategies.
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions; up-sell where appropriate.
• Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Arrange warehouse pickups and keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for a variety of building projects.
