Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, rental coordination or admin experience.
• Experience in construction equipment or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries by phone and email; provide timely responses.
• Prepare rental quotes, contracts, extensions, and off-rent requests.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and customer will-calls with appropriate teams.
• Maintain CRM and internal records with accurate information.
• Assist with invoicing, paperwork and follow-up across departments.
