Indel Power Group seeks an Application Support Engineer for our Charlotte, NC location. Compensation is based on experience and skills, with a range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year.

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, coordinates this opportunity. The role involves supporting project design reviews, submittals, and technical documentation, with focus on electrical distribution concepts and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred; Electrical or Mechanical related.
• Knowledge of the power industry and 3-phase power.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing workload.

Responsibilities

• Be the communication hub for internal/external partners to guide project to turnover to the end-user from inception to close-out.
• Align project schedules to meet customer and project expectations.
• Serve as Salesforce lead to coordinate up-to-date opportunity data.
• Conduct weekly coordination with sales/project management for application support and submittal duties.
• Respond promptly to customers’ urgency with professional communication.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Application Support Engineer at our location in Charlotte, NC.

Technical Knowledge

• Review and interpret project design documents and scope of work, enhance product knowledge of MTU and power equipment as necessary to fully understand total power solution provided.
• Initiate, coordinate, procure and assemble technical submittal documents for channel review and approval.
• Develop, modify, or procure technical drawings for onsite coordination of interconnects or conduit layouts.
• Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems and how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work.
• Provide technical support to Sales / Project Management Team.
• Develop, modify, or procure one-line diagrams for project designs.

Communication / Customer Interface

• Be the communication hub for internal/external partners to guide project to a successful turnover to the end-user from inception to close-out.
