Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Inside Producer for the Personal Lines Sales Center. In this centralized sales role, you will sell new insurance to referrals, teammates, and other sources while building trusted relationships with insurance partners.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, and comfort with Microsoft Office. A hybrid work arrangement is available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
• Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)

• Sell new insurance to referrals, teammates, and other sources in a centralized sales environment.

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor

• Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
• Sales Experience
