Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is hiring an Inside Parts Sales Representative (Back Counter) to support service technicians and retail customers with parts and sales assistance. The role requires a strong customer service mindset, basic computer skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with automotive or commercial truck parts is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive or commercial truck parts experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Strong work ethic focused on serving customers (internal and external).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
