Job summary

Yard Truck Specialists is seeking a full-time Inside Parts Sales specialist for our Bensalem, PA location. This onsite role requires an outgoing personality and exceptional organizational skills to support our busy parts sales team.

You will respond to customer calls and emails, maintain professional relationships with customers, and provide support to the Outside Sales Team and Service Department while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in parts.
• Self-motivated with solid organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Handle multiple issues simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers’ calls and emails in a fast-paced environment to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Various administrative duties and day-to-day responsibilities for the parts sales department.
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers.
• Conduct appropriate follow-up as needed.
• Providing support to our Outside Sales Team and Service Department.
• Ability to connect with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
• Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as required.
