JX Enterprises in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Inside Parts Sales III to join our team. The role focuses on managing complex accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding our parts offerings in a high-touch service environment.

The position requires experience in parts or sales, strong communication, and a mindset of continuous learning. Shift: Mon–Fri 11:30am–8:00pm with a 15% shift premium for evening and weekend hours. JX Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.

• Five years parts, sales, or service experience desired.
• Proficiency of all company systems, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Full Account & Sales Mastery: Manage complex key accounts with high-touch communication.
• Account Conquest & Growth: Research opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, grow base.
• Product Expansion & Feedback: Identify gaps and suggest new OEM/aftermarket products.
• Peer Mentorship & Training: Onboard and coach Level 1/2 specialists on catalog research and upselling.
• Process Improvement Support: Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business.

Your Next Big Career Move: Inside Parts Sales III located in Elmhurst, IL.

Shift: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm

Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Full Account & Sales Mastery: Manage complex key accounts, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction through expert technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
• Account Conquest & Growth: Proactively research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
• Product Expansion & Feedback: Identify gaps in current inventory and suggest new OEM/aftermarket products or services to management to enhance the parts department's offerings.
• Peer Mentorship & Training: Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists on catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
• Process Improvement Support: Collaborate with warehouse and delivery
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) years parts, sales, or service experience desired
• Proficiency of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
