Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• 3 years of automotive or truck parts experience.
• Ability to identify common commodity parts.
• Able to perform accurate cycle-counts.
• Able to order and check-in parts orders.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Capable of working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, processing orders and handling returns.
• Locate and secure parts from vendors for shop jobs and back orders.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and service technicians.
• Guide customers in selecting the right parts using product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to ensure positive customer experiences.
