Job summary

Human Interest in the United States is seeking an Inside Partner Account Manager to drive CPA and accountant partnerships nationwide using a modern, scalable SaaS sales motion. You will identify firms, set meetings, and manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach.

You will train partners on Partner Connect, nurture relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Legal to scale demand-gen activities such as webinars and co-branded materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-driven sales, business development, or partner management experience.
• Record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline goals.
• Independent, highly motivated relationship builder with ownership of territory.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify CPA/accountant firms nationwide and scrape/min e data to build partnerships.
• Maintain a predictable sales funnel and set meetings to generate high-quality leads.
• Design and execute high-volume cold outreach and nurturing campaigns.
• Train partners on Partner Connect and manage referral relationships with CPAs.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Inside Leadership, Product, and Legal.
