Orion180 is hiring an Inside Sales Licensed P&C Insurance Agent in Melbourne, FL. This pure sales role focuses on quoting, closing, and earning with access to warm leads and advanced tools.

You will quote and bind policies, document outcomes, and collaborate with underwriting and analytics to optimize results. You will operate with HubSpot CRM and the MY180 platform, striving to meet ambitious KPIs for policy volume, premium, and conversion while cross-selling relevant coverages.

Qualifications

• Active Utah or Texas General Lines P&C license in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.
• 2+ years of closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Track record of consistently hitting volume-based quotas and strong metrics knowledge.
• Understanding of homeowners' insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM and quoting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: guide clients from initial contact to policy issuance.
• Consult, qualify & close using warm inbound/outbound leads and MY180 platform.
• Document every call, outcome, quote, and client detail in structured workflows.
