Job summary

FAULHABER MICROMO LLC in Clearwater, FL seeks an Inside Application Engineer to drive technical inquiries, sizing, and quotations for North American customers. You will work with account managers to qualify new opportunities, support design-in activities, and provide timely, accurate pricing and product recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in motion industry, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years’ work experience as Application Engineer or Sales Engineer in motion industry.
Advanced knowledge of coreless brush DC motors, brushless DC motors, stepper motors, and related actuators.
Ability to travel in North America and Europe up to 3–5 trips per year.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries for pricing, technical support, sizing and selection assistance for FAULHABER products in North America.
Identify and qualify new accounts and business opportunities; build relationships with engineering teams.
Document and manage communications with customers in CRM.
Respond to quotations and follow up on submitted quotes to OEM customers.
Develop quotations based on price lists and configuration tools; review customer requirements.
