Qualifications

• Minimum four years of mortgage loan origination and commission sales experience is required.
• Refinance experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to remain competitive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Engage in exploratory questioning regarding prospective borrower's income and debts.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and pricing.
• Educate prospective borrowers on home buying and refinancing processes.
• Ensure customer information is correct and verified in the loan package.
• Ensure timely follow-up to customers and lender requests.
• Assist borrowers in understanding and clearing credit problems.
