Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of mortgage products for new construction and builder incentives.
• Experience in inside sales, lead management, and broker/real estate referrals.
• Ability to manage multiple builder communities and borrower pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle builder referrals and mortgage opportunities from Builder Services.
• Assist borrowers and agents with loan applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
• Ensure compliance and pricing guidelines are followed.
