Brown & Brown, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Life & Health within One80 Intermediaries. You will contact members by phone to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, review sales data, and contribute to retention efforts while meeting targets.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in sales, preferably in insurance or telemarketing, and basic PC skills. Licensure in Life, Accident and Health is a plus and will be supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in insurance or telemarketing.
• Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsabilités

• Sell insurance products to prospective and existing members by making and receiving telephone calls.
• Meet individual sales and quality of business targets.
• Review and analyze sales reports to monitor progress toward goals.
• Calculate and present quotes and write insurance applications.
• Follow up on pending or incomplete transactions and support retention efforts.
