One80 Intermediaries is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Life & Health to join our growing team. You will conduct telephone-based sales, review member accounts, and present quotes to upgrade or cross-sell insurance products.

The role emphasizes seasonal quotas, customer retention, and timely problem solving, with licensing support for those who meet requirements. This is a remote USA full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills required, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Current Life, Accident and Health license preferred and will help get licensed for a candidate who meets requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to prospective and existing members by making and receiving telephone calls to upgrade and/or cross-sell additional products.
• Responsible for meeting individual sales and quality of business targets.
• Reviews and analyzes sales reports to monitor progress towards goals.
• Calculates and presents quotes and writes insurance applications.
