One80 Intermediaries is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Life & Health to join our growing team. You will be responsible for account review, telephone marketing, and sales of insurance products to members.

The role focuses on meeting sales targets and improving retention; prior insurance sales or telemarketing experience is preferred. License in Life, Accident and Health is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Aufgaben

• Sell insurance products to members by making and receiving telephone calls to upgrade and/or cross-sell additional products.
• Meet individual sales and quality targets; review sales data to monitor progress.
• Calculate and present quotes and write insurance applications; follow up on pending transactions.
• Participate in business retention efforts to reinstate coverage and reduce terminations.
• Inform members about products, pricing, and promotions; track monthly sales.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of products and selling techniques.
