Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, a family-owned clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory, seeks an Inside Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding service within our lab-focused call center. You will handle orders, results, pricing, and problem resolution while ensuring HIPAA compliance and privacy.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Join a network with 90+ locations across multiple states, offering a supportive team culture and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Some college is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and patients via telephone.
• Assist with processing of laboratory test orders, results, and information.
• Resolve problems and communicate updates to clients and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Enter and modify orders in the laboratory information system.
• Document and collect data using CRM software.
• Quote test pricing to Interpath clients, patients and staff.
