The role offers a $45,000 base salary with uncapped commission and licensing support to pursue Colorado P&C and/or life/health licenses. This is a hands-on opportunity with room for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-directed work ethic with a focus on hitting targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Colorado P&C and/or life and health licenses (licensing support provided).

Responsibilities

• Open each day with a team huddle to align on goals and activity targets.
• Prospect and follow up with leads via outbound calls and referrals.
• Build quotes for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance across Farmers' product lines.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to match clients with the right coverage.
• Maintain accurate client records and track activity in agency systems.
• Work toward individual production targets while contributing to team goals.
