Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Merriam, Kansas invites you to join as an Inside Foodservice Sales Representative, focusing on key accounts and growing our pork product portfolio. You will manage orders, promote fresh and frozen pork, analyze market trends, and collaborate with pricing and product teams to meet sales goals in the U.S.

region. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of foodservice or retail sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel as needed to service

Qualifications

3–5 years of foodservice or retail sales experience.
Ability to read price lists, availability reports, and procedure manuals.
Excellent listening, negotiating, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of selling and promoting the company’s products to existing customers and prospects in the defined region.
Identify potential growth areas and develop new accounts within designated territory.
Call prospective customers to explain types of products offered and their benefits to the customer.
Prepare reports on sales activities.
