Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Sales Account Representative for the Retail Pork Inside Sales team in our Fort Worth, TX office. The role focuses on managing regional retail, foodservice, and distributor accounts while developing new business and maximizing profitability for all parties.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in a relevant field, 3+ years in sales, and strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agri Business, Meat Science, Business, Marketing, Ag Econ or Animal Science.
• Minimum 3 years or more sales experience in retail grocery or comparable field.
• Experience in prior meat sales strongly preferred; premium pork sales desired.
• Bilingual-English/Spanish not required but a positive.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow JBS’s retail, foodservice, and distributor pork accounts.
• Develop new accounts and build customer relationships.
• Use product and market knowledge to generate sales and meet account goals.
• Present pricing quotes and adjust prices to customer needs.
• Collaborate with margin management, operations, and scheduling to ensure accurate order info.
• Utilize business reports to grow sales and profitability.
