Job summary

Triton Stone Group seeks an Inside Fabricator Sales/Tool Control Professional to assist fabricators and customers with selection and purchase of granite supplies, tools and sinks. The ideal candidate brings relevant retail experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, selling slabs and tools to customers, preparing digital offers, coordinating special orders, and researching product details and pricing to support branch sales efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of Retail Experience; preferred in the stone industry.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be well organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate inventory of all tools in the tool cage.
• Selling slabs, tools and sinks to walk in customers.
• Prepare and send digital offers and promotions to support branch sales.
• Coordinate special orders for Outside Sales Representatives and fabricators.
• Research product details and pricing for Outside Sale Representatives and customers.
• Prepare daily transfers from the tool cage to replenish tool vans.
• Receive sink and tool transfers from suppliers and Triton Stone locations.
• Follow up on opportunities, holds and sales orders.
• Assist branch in meeting assigned sales goals.
