Job summary

American Integrity Insurance, headquartered in the Tampa area, is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Claims Manager to lead our claims unit. You will oversee coverage analysis, reserving, and staff development while upholding our integrity-driven service standards.

Ideal candidates have five to ten years of property claims experience, Florida licensure (5-20 or 6-20), and a proven ability to coach teams, drive process improvements, and deliver timely, accurate claim resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Five to ten years of property claims experience.
• State of Florida 5-20 or 6-20 license required; AIC or CPCU designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address coverage, underwriting and legal issues.
• Review, evaluate, counsel, and coach staff.
• Document and maintain records of performance.
• Conduct or supervise employee orientation and ongoing training needs.
• Review reserves and payments within established authority.
• Assist in establishing and improving reserving procedures.
• Communicate quality standards to staff and vendors.
• Assist and train adjusters in fraud recognition and investigation.
• Establish procedures for timely resolution of claims.
• Evaluate and improve unit effectiveness and workflow.
• Review and supervise claim handling.
• Identify trends and advise management on improvements.

• Assist and train adjusters in the recognition and investigation of fraud, subrogation, and/or salvage.
• Establish effective procedures for the timely resolution of claims.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the overall effectiveness of the unit, including developing and improving workflow to optimize functionality.
• Review and supervise claim handling throughout the unit.
• Identify and advise management of trends, problems and issues, as well as recommended courses of action; recommend to management new ideas for continuous process improvement .
• Lead by example in professional knowledge and development.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required,or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years property claims experience. Previous managerial experience preferred.

Licensure: State of Florida 5--20 or 6-20 License required; AIC or CPCU designation preferred.
