As a native speaker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and supporting their sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, develop their business to sell PC and Print products, including services, and achieve YoY growth
  • Understand partner markets and competition
  • Proactively contact partners to identify opportunities and increase sales
  • Search for new business opportunities, guide partners through the sales cycle, and set pricing
  • Educate partners on new products and features
  • Respond promptly and accurately to calls/emails from resellers, building professional relationships
  • Create partner loyalty, and enhance partner competencies and certifications
  • Ensure partners meet Partner Program requirements (technical/sales certification, revenue thresholds)
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance tracking
  • Monitor and review partner marketing activities and ROI
  • Register and onboard IT resellers to the Partner Program

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and native Polish
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong individual contributor and team player
  • Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in prioritizing workload
