Job summary

RT Specialty, LLC is seeking an Inside Broker for an on-site role in the Atlanta metropolitan area. You will support the placement of specialty insurance risks by collaborating with senior brokers, analyzing submissions, and preparing quotes and proposals for retail broker clients.

Day-to-day duties include reviewing coverage terms, negotiating with underwriting partners, and assisting in structuring programs across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk profiles and coverage structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in insurance brokerage or underwriting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review coverage terms, conditions, and pricing from carriers.
• Negotiate with underwriting partners.
