Job summary

Amwins in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Associate Broker to join our Brokerage team. You will review submissions, analyze quotes, determine coverage needs, and develop market proposals to secure the best terms for clients.

With 7–10 years of commercial insurance experience and a current P&C license, you’ll build strong relationships across agencies and carriers while supporting our growth and client service standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Wholesale insurance experience preferred.
• Current P&C license is a plus.
• Experience developing relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Review submission information required to issue quotes.
• Analyze new and renewal submissions and select markets.
• Determine coverage needs and develop proposals.
• Review inspections and discrepancies for accuracy.
• Develop relationships with agency and underwriter partners.
• Respond to calls and requests with timely resolutions.
• Supervise endorsement requests and related documents.
• Monitor reports for consistency.
• Assist with other duties as needed by the team.
