The Associate Broker acts as the liaison between clients and insurance markets, facilitating placement of specialized insurance products while delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in insurance, finance, sales, or a related industry.
• A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Associate Broker, Inside Sales Specialist, or equivalent role in insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients, carriers, and other partners.
• Assist in identifying and assessing client coverage needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate and place insurance policies with insurers, ensuring optimal pricing and policy terms.
• Generate quotes, manage onboarding processes, and handle client data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to provide timely and efficient service to meet clients' timelines.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations to provide relevant and informed advice.
• Ensure policies are issued and serviced accurately, reviewing documentation for compliance and consistency.
• Proactively identify additional opportunities to grow the book of business.
