Job summary

Puente Hills Hyundai in City of Industry, California is hiring for an inside sales representative to engage customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the buying process. You will drive lead qualification, test drives, and collaboration with finance and service teams.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport.
• 2+ years of sales or related field experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred; must be able to travel by car.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the dealership in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help customers explore vehicles that match their needs.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives and answer vehicle questions.
• Discuss finance and lease options; coordinate with finance and service teams.
• Record customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and offer updated inventory and prices.
