This onsite role supports pre- and post-sales design of transceivers and cabling, serving as the liaison between Moog and customers, and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver technical solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or communications required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily customer support via phone, email, and in-person visits to address technical questions.
• Meets with Sales and customers to understand needs and support pre- and post-sales.
• Documents and produces reports with customer information and requirements for the sales team.
• Translates ideas into drawings, BOMs, and other customer-facing materials.
• Assists with PCNs, RMAs, and web support documentation.
• Supports in manufacturing small parts as needed and maintains data sheets and project plans.
• Generates program overviews with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align solutions.
• Delivers regular reports on customer interactions, programs, and orders.
