Moog is seeking an Inside Applications Engineer to join its Space & Defense team in Cleveland/Richmond Heights, OH. This full-time onsite role reports to the Applications Engineering Manager and focuses on design support for transceivers and cabling integrated into customer products.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering to deliver technical solutions, resolve issues, and translate customer needs into actionable engineering work for pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or communications required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides daily technical support to customers via phone, email, and visits to address questions on Moog products.
• Meets with Sales and customers to understand needs and issues, providing technical expertise for pre- and post-sales.
• Documents customer information and requirements to keep the sales team informed.
• Translates ideas into drawings, BOMs, and other customer-facing materials.
• Assists with PCNs, RMAs, and web support documentation.
• Contributes to manufacturing of small parts for customers as needed.
• Creates and maintains data sheets, MRD, and project plans.
• Coordinates with Sales/PM/Engineering to prepare program overviews for customers.
• Generates reports detailing customer interactions and order status.
