Inside Acquisitions Specialist/ Lead Manager

Role Overview

The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads. This high-volume pre-sales role requires consistent follow-up with new leads.

What You Will Do

• Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
• Follow up aggressively on “after-hours” or missed calls
• Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach prospective sellers
• Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
• Audit leads to ensure proper follow-up
• Assign leads not auto-assigned to Real Estate Consultants
• Follow up on aged leads
• Provide general sales support

About You

• 2+ years experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
• Experience in lead follow-up and qualification
• Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
• Experience in real estate (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
