This role focuses on increasing revenue, gross profit (GP), and share of wallet within assigned customers through proactive sales efforts, strong relationship management, and technical product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned HVAC contractor accounts
• Develop account-specific sales plans to increase revenue and gross profit (GP)
• Proactively contact customers to drive repeat business and capture upcoming jobs
• Identify opportunities to convert competitive business
• Generate accurate quotes for equipment, parts, and job packages

• Recommend add-ons and accessories to maximize ticket value

Account Growth

• Increase sales and GP within assigned accounts year-over-year
