Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned HVAC contractor accounts.
• Develop account-specific sales plans to increase revenue and gross profit.
• Proactively contact customers to drive repeat business and capture upcoming jobs.
• Identify opportunities to convert competitive business.
• Generate accurate quotes for equipment, parts, and job packages.
• Follow up on all quotes to improve close rates.
• Recommend add-ons and accessories to maximize ticket value.
• Partner with outside sales to execute account growth strategies.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
