Addison Group seeks an Inside Account Manager in Franklin, TN to manage a high-volume client portfolio, drive growth, and cross-sell across product lines through CRM-driven outreach. You will work with Operations, Sales and Finance to ensure timely quotes and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business or portfolio.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts.
• Drive account growth and cross-selling opportunities across product lines.
• Maintain regular outreach with quarterly touchpoints.
• Document all interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with field sales, Operations, and Finance.
