Job summary

Staples in Greater Orlando seeks an Inside Account Specialist to manage a portfolio of business customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.

You will monitor account activity, identify upselling opportunities, and use CRM data to drive customer retention and revenue growth, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with sales, finance, and support for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and account management skills to build relationships and manage a portfolio of business clients.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret account data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts to support pricing, quoting, and account review activities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
