Job summary

Insight Global in Florida is seeking ACA Sales Agents to sell ACA products and assist customers with Medicare enrollment over the phone or online. You will educate clients, answer questions, and strive to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience selling ACA or Medicare products.
• Licensed health insurance agent (multi-state license preferred).
• Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable internet access.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads from campaigns or referrals.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable ACA/Medicare solutions.
• Assist customers with the ACA enrollment process and answer questions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
