Job summary

ACA Made Simple Inc. is hiring licensed health insurance agents for our Fort Lauderdale office. We welcome experienced producers and newer licensed agents alike, with training on Marketplace updates, compliant calls, and live coaching to build confidence before peak enrollment.

Job types are full-time, with in-person work in Fort Lauderdale, FL and a pay range of $700–$2,000 per week. Opportunities to earn more come from ACA deal submissions and Aflac cross-sales.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Ability to work in person at Fort Lauderdale office.
• Strong communication skills and coachable attitude.
• Sales experience helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with consumers by phone.

Responsibilities

• Sell ACA plans to consumers over the phone and in person as needed.

• Earn base floor pay and tier-based earnings based on ACA deal submissions.

NOW HIRING FOR 2027 OPEN ENROLLMENT

ACA Made Simple is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our Fort Lauderdale office. Experienced producers and newer licensed agents are welcome.

We’re hiring now so agents have time to train, learn the latest Marketplace updates, practice compliant calls, and get comfortable on the phones before peak Open Enrollment volume.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

• Training on new Marketplace updates and changes
• ACA product and enrollment training
• Call compliance training and compliant sales practices
• Live call coaching and sales development
• Aflac cross-sale training
• Support for newer agents learning the business
• Floor pay opportunities while developing production
• Preparation before peak Open Enrollment volume

You do not need to come in as a top producer. We’re looking for agents who are licensed, coachable, consistent, competitive, and ready to learn.

ACA DEAL PAY TIERS

• Tier 1: $20 per ACA deal
• Tier 2: $25 per deal — 3 Aflac submissions OR 50 ACA deals
• Tier 3: $30 per deal — 3 Aflac submissions AND 50 ACA deals
• Tier 4: $32 per deal — 75 ACA deals + 5 Aflac submissions

ADDITIONAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES

• Referral Bonus: $5 for every referral you bring in
• Aflac Add-Ons: Earn face value on qualifying Aflac add-ons sold
• Higher Production = Higher Deal Pay
• Floor Pay: Opportunities for agents developing their production
