Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a skilled machine operator for 12-hour shifts (days and nights) with shift differential. You will operate high-speed inserters that place letters or booklets into folders or envelopes, and you will set up and adjust equipment for each job to maximize efficiency.

Job Description

• 12 hour shifts, days and nights, various shifts available. Shift differential offered
• Operate high speed machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into folders or envelops
• Set up and adjust the machine to operate efficiently
• Oversee and make adjustments as necessary

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
• Typically, the adjustments performed at this level are routine and the need for such adjustments are readily apparent
• Will trainother employees

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.60/ hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand‑by pay.
