Job summary

RRD Company in Illinois seeks a skilled Machine Operator to operate high speed inserter equipment, set up and adjust for efficient production, and monitor output. You will train colleagues and support evolving production needs.

This full-time on-site role includes Sunday-Tuesday night shift with a 6 PM–6 AM schedule and shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and other voluntary coverages.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to job requirements.
• Adjustments are routine and readily apparent.
• Must have good eye-hand coordination.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to communicate in English - read, write, understand.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours.
• Walking/standing, 6-7 hours.
• Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours.

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $17.68 to $26.55 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
