Job summary

Lancesoft in Parma, OH seeks an Inserter Machine Operator to run a high-speed inserter and manage material loading, clear jams, and tray inserted pieces in a warehouse setting. You must be able to walk and stand the entire shift and lift up to 50 lb.

This is a 0-12 month contract on the third shift (Sun night 11pm–7:30am). Interviews are in-person. Parking is free. Possibility of full-time employment for reliable workers based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the shift.
• Experience in machine operation or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed inserter machines and load materials.
• Clear jams, unload and tray inserted pieces.
• Walk/stand for the entire shift in a warehouse setting.
• Assist with daily upkeep and safety procedures.

Job Description: Inserter Machine Operator - Operates High Speed Inserter Machine - Load material, clear jams, unload and tray inserted pieces - Must be able to walk and stand on feet for entire shift in warehouse environment - Ability to read, write, communicate in writing and verbally fluently in English - Must have basic PC skills - Will train qualified applicants - Possibility of fulltime employment for quality workers based on need of long term, attendance, attitude and performance.

Candidates will be standing the majority of the shift. Expect to be moving and lifting throughout day.
