Job Description

This role offers a range of $26 to $30 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

This is a 12-hour shift. We are seeking an Inplant Ink Production Worker to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Production Worker you will be responsible for:

  • Performing color matching
  • Blending inks
  • Managing the ink schedule and inventory
  • Performing on-press troubleshooting
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have 3 years ink field experience
  • Have experience with Xrite software
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skills
  • Be willing to take responsibility for call-ins
  • Be technically qualified to service UV and HS products
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Be able to pass a color vision test
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you:

  • Work well with customers
  • Are reliable
  • Are willing to work weekends if needed
  • Have experience in managing an ink room
  • Have previous experience in the ink industry
