We are looking for a Busbar Punching and Bending Machine Operator in our Fabrication Department. This role is crucial in manufacturing electrical components, operating machinery to punch and bend busbars according to specifications, and contributing to our strategic goal of becoming a leading custom solution provider.

Responsibilities include:

1. Machine setup and calibration
2. Operating punching and bending operations
3. Handling materials and ensuring proper alignment
4. Inspecting finished busbars for quality

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with busbar punching/bending machines or similar manufacturing roles
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing line understanding
• 2 years manufacturing experience
• English literacy for directives

Additional Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with machine maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to pass physical and drug tests
• Adherence to PPE and safety standards
• Basic math skills for process documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
