Responsibilities include:

  • Performing machine tending operations and operating various machines in a production environment.
  • Utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Maintaining safety standards and keeping the work area clean and organized, including production areas and machine cleaning.
  • Safely using fixtures and tools for tasks such as trimming and assembly.
  • Carrying out routine duties related to molding/forming, inspecting, packaging, and assembling components according to customer specifications.
  • Operating assigned presses and machines safely and efficiently.
  • Assembling plastic products at a pace aligned with machine speed or standard volume.
  • Performing visual inspections and measurements to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Reporting deviations or product issues to supervisors or quality department.
  • Packaging finished parts appropriately and applying labels as required.
  • Contributing suggestions for process and quality improvements.
  • Completing all documentation accurately and participating in meetings to discuss plant performance and improvements.

Pay Range: $15.12 - $22.68 per hour.
