Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn other software as needed.
• RQI Responder within seven days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the delivery of patients' treatment and care in an organized and efficient manner.
• Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain inventory of therapy supplies and ensure proper billing.
• Track charges for billing units per department procedure.
• Respond to changes in workload professionally and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality.
